Qingdao Zhongzheng Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. User Service Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between the User and Qingdao Zhongzheng Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform Operator”), the operator of the official website of Qingdao Zhongzheng Packaging. By accessing or using the platform services, the User shall be deemed to have read, fully understood and agreed to be bound by all terms herein.

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding document governing the use of platform services, commodity transactions and related matters between the User and the Platform Operator.

It applies to all user behaviors including browsing, consultation, order placement, payment, performance and after-sales services via the platform.

The Platform Operator reserves the right to revise this Agreement in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and business needs, and the revised version shall take effect upon public announcement on the platform.

Users can browse, place orders and consult services as guests without account registration for partial functions.

Users shall ensure all registered information is true, accurate and complete.

Users shall properly keep their account information and bear full legal liabilities for all activities conducted under their accounts.

Users are prohibited from renting, lending, transferring accounts or using them for illegal purposes.

The platform has the right to restrict, freeze or cancel user accounts in accordance with laws, regulations and risk control requirements.

All commodity information displayed on the platform (including pictures, parameters, descriptions, etc.) is for reference only and does not constitute an offer.

The actual specifications, quantity, craftsmanship and price of commodities shall be subject to formally confirmed orders or formal contracts signed by both parties.

In view of the production characteristics of the packaging industry, reasonable permissible errors are specified as follows:

A sales contract is officially established after the User submits an order, completes communication confirmation and full payment.

The platform shall arrange production and delivery in accordance with agreed terms confirmed by both parties.

The Platform Operator shall not be liable for breach of contract if service delivery is delayed due to force majeure (natural disasters, traffic disruptions, etc.) or legitimate commercial reasons, but shall notify the User in a timely manner.

The platform reserves the right to reject abnormal orders including malicious orders and fictitious transactions.

Available payment methods include Alipay, bank transfer and other approved channels. Users may contact customer service to apply for other payment methods or exclusive cooperation agreements.

Users shall complete full payment in accordance with the amount and time limit stipulated in the order.

The platform is entitled to suspend production and delivery for unpaid orders.

Commodities can be delivered by express delivery, logistics transportation, full-truck delivery or self-pickup as agreed in orders.

Once goods are delivered to carriers, the risks of goods damage, loss and other incidents during transportation shall be negotiated and confirmed by both parties.

If users find damaged outer packages upon receipt, they shall file claims with carriers immediately and contact platform customer service for assistance when necessary; otherwise, goods shall be deemed duly accepted.

Unused non-customized products with intact original packaging are eligible for return or exchange applications.

All freight expenses arising from user-initiated returns and exchanges shall be undertaken by the User.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are not acceptable for non-quality related reasons in principle.

If genuine quality defects exist, the User shall submit written proof or visual evidence within 72 hours after goods receipt.

After mutual confirmation, the platform will arrange supplementary delivery or product replacement.

No return, exchange or order cancellation is allowed once customized products enter production procedures.

Users are strictly forbidden to engage in the following behaviors:

The platform has the right to take disciplinary measures including access restriction, service suspension and cooperation termination against violators.

All platform content including texts, pictures, logos, designs and page layouts are owned exclusively by Qingdao Zhongzheng Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. or relevant legitimate right holders.

No entity or individual may copy, disseminate or use the above content for commercial purposes without written official authorization.

Users hereby grant the platform permanent free non-exclusive global usage rights for all content uploaded by users for display, promotion and publicity purposes.

The platform only provides information release and transaction consulting services.

The platform shall not be held liable for any losses caused by force majeure events.

Losses incurred due to third-party services such as logistics and payment platforms shall be borne by the corresponding responsible parties.

The Platform Operator may revise this Agreement in accordance with laws, regulations and operational demands. Revised clauses shall take effect upon platform announcement, and continued use of platform services by users constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

All official notices issued by the platform via website announcements, SMS, emails, social communication tools and other channels shall be deemed duly delivered once sent or published.

The conclusion, performance and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be settled through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the people’s court with jurisdiction over the platform’s locality for settlement.
